Tom has had a plate put in his mouth to help correct his underbite. He was very excited about getting it done and has been showing it off which involves opening his mouth very wide and looking up - charming! Tess had one too so she is being very supportive about it all and providing helpful hints and tips when food gets caught in it. It's made his speech even harder to understand but apparently his lisp is caused by the underbite so hopefully when the plate gets taken out (in a years time) he'll be able to speak better than ever before.
Jules has been working silly hours including the weekend - he got up at 6 each morning and didn't get home until gone midnight - due to a sudden transaction. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's not going to affect our holiday. At least we'll be out of mobile range for a large part of the trip - if we make it..........
The kids had their rugby and netball presentation days on Sunday which means they sit around for quite a while and then get given a trophy/medal. It was the first seriously glorious day in a long time so I was unimpressed at being cooped up inside. I've not been very good with photos recently so this is all I've got.
Lochie, Corrie, Ewan and Tom
