Cross Country

We've had more ridiculous amounts of rain this week which resulted in all sports being cancelled this weekend.  Ironically it didn't rain at all on Saturday morning and we ended up with 15 boys at the park playing touch rugby and soccer.

The school cross country managed to go ahead in between rain squalls.  Tom came 18th in his age group and Tess came 10th.  They were both very happy with their achievements.  

I got some supplies ready for baking during the week and then took Tom to school.  When I got home I found he'd done the following to the eggs.

And finally, Tom had an MRI on Tuesday which showed there is no fracture.  The pain is beginning to subside and he's delighted to be able to play rugby.  Phew!
