Birthdays and Anniversarys

It's been a week full of birthdays resulting in 2 nights out in a row for me which I find tough!  I was out on Friday night, at Hugo's naturally, with the girls to celebrate Ange and Kara's birthdays.  We started off with Lychee Mee's all round - hooray!  

Duncan turned 50 during the week.  A milestone like that needs to be properly celebrated so Jules and I took Dunc and Bella to Pilu on Saturday night to celebrate.  That date coincided with our 17th wedding anniversary so it was celebrations all round.  We had an amazing 3 course meal with some incredible wines and Pilu surprised Dunc with a little cake and candle.  We rarely spend grown up time with the Wakes-Millers so it was lovely to be able to do just that. 

During the week I had to take a professional looking photo for a contract that I'm currently working on.  Tom said I looked weird in the photo because I was smiling with my mouth partly open.  Tess and he hijacked my phone to test out the difference! 

Ted loves sun baking on "his" sofa and he's always careful to sun bake all over!
