Tess and her friend Olivia had a joint birthday party for their 14th birthdays. We started with a pool party and dinner at Olivia's house and then the girls walked round to our house for a sleepover. In the morning I made them all pancakes with cream out of a can which was the biggest hit! The girls were all delightful and it was a surprisingly easy party.

On Sunday I took Tom and Conner to their first club water polo game for the season. It was over in Sutherland which is a 90 minute drive away but the boys kept themselves amused listening to music and taking photos making silly faces.
