Tess' team won the netball grand final on Saturday. It was a very tense game against the only team who has ever beaten them but the girls remembered all their excellent training and played like champions with a convincing 20-14 win. Tess got injured in the first quarter and had to be carted off to the physio to have her ankle strapped up. This is after we've spent the past 2 weeks with her knee strapped as she has tight hamstrings (lord knows why!). I find it astounding that I've never been to a physio in my life and yet it is completely normal for kids these days.
It was Father's day on Sunday and Jules bought himself a new surf board so we got up early and headed down to Manly to try it out. Tom was sporting his new wetsuit which I chose on the basis that he is easy to spot in the water.

We took Custard round to the Wakes-Millers to meet Lulu and Pumpkin. He disgraced himself by peeing not once but twice inside the house and was extremely interested in the rabbit which made everyone a little nervous so we locked him outside on the deck where he couldn't do any more damage!
