Above are some of the Real Housewives of Balgowlah Heights. We got together on Sunday evening for a meeting, accompanied by cheese and wine, to sort out our first world problem of where we should go for our girl's weekend now that Hong Kong is out of the question due to the Coronavirus. We each bought a bottle and surprisingly each bottle was drunk. It was a slow start on Monday morning. No slow starts for Tom ever! He had the first QBC of the year which is going to be a lot harder this year as he is now surfing against some seriously good groms, including a number who are sponsored by surf companies. He got through his first heat which was very impressive but was then knocked out in the semi-final.
Tom, Harry and Duncan
On Sunday morning he had Nipper Club Champs followed by the handing out of State Uniform where, in his capacity as Club Captain, he made a speech to all the younger nippers about State, the importance of having fun and supporting your team mates. It was a great speech - very Tom.
Tess seemed to be out a lot with her friends which is great. It does seem a shame that when teenagers start wanting to be more social they also need to knuckle down a bit more with their school work. Luckily for the moment she's being very sensible.......
