A great Father's Day

Sunday was Father's Day and Jules spent the afternoon competing in Kia Kaha's first race.  Andrew and Jules took Ewan, Tom and Joe to help them and they all had a great time - the weather was amazing.  Even better was that Kia came first in her first race!!

Kia is far right - she has a red buoy on her.

Ever since John got lost in the bush on our farm we have called him The Old Cockatoo so I was delighted when I found this gorgeous specimen in time for Father's Day.

Our beautiful friend Kara celebrated her 50th birthday on Saturday with a sit down dinner for us all.  A lovely evening with a bit too much champagne!

Tom bought home his school photo this week.

I may have mentioned that we've put Ted on Prozac to try and reduce his sock eating tendencies.  Do you think he's relaxed enough...
