Tom turned 16 on Thursday and chose to have takeaway curry for his birthday meal. Jules and I bought him a fancy microphone and headphones for his music recording which he was very happy with.
On Saturday Tom went to the Pittwater House formal with his friend Orea. It was a lot of fun for him catching up with all his old school friends.
Meanwhile I was at Bec's 50th birthday lunch at Betel Leaf which was exceptional - amazing food and cocktails. There is nothing I enjoy more than a long lunch!
It rained torrentially on Sunday and Jules had a long sailing race. Luckily he had bought himself a new wet weather jacket on Saturday which got put through it's paces. They had an excellent sail and came first in their division.
Tess has one more exam and then that's high school done - phew!!
