Tess has started Aerial Silks and they had a mid-year performance. Tess, Sarah and Sophie haven't even done a full term of lessons but they're doing great and absolutely love it. Every time I watch I want to have a go although I'm not sure my pelvic floor would survive the giggling.

Tom is on a total electronic device ban for destroying Tess' Minecraft world. I'm not too sure what that means but I know that Tess was very upset and it doesn't take much for me to instigate a ban. The photo below shows why - this is what he does instead - a much better use of his time.
The reno continues at a cracking pace - apparently approximately 8 more weeks to go. I'm always surprised by how quickly the builders demolish everything. The steels went in for the cathedral ceiling and I almost fainted - it's so high that I need binoculars to see the top. We may consider slightly different ceiling options to make it slightly lower! I haven't got photos of that but here's my (currently) wrecked sitting room.
