Surfing celebrities

It's been a much quieter week for me with Tom off all sports.  We are noticing that Tom's allergies have been much worse since his arm has been in a cast and we're beginning to suspect that all the water sports help keep his allergies at bay as well as keeping him fit and happy.  

The poor boy had a tummy bug during the week so I kept him off school for the day.  Whilst I was at a dentist appointment in Manly Tom headed along to watch some of the Vissla Sydney Surf Pro and was lucky enough to watch Kelly Slater in his heat.  Sadly he got knocked out but it was great for Tom to see some professional surfers surfing his home break.

I was able to get a rare photo of Tess when she posed with her water polo team after their last game for this term.

Jules took his scooter exam on Friday and passed so he's now on his Ps for a year.  He is really loving driving his scooter down to Manly and getting the ferry into work - such a great way to start and end his day.  He finds it takes about the same time as driving and it's more productive as he can work on the ferry if necessary.
