His teacher's reaction: "Tom, you blow me away". I'm not sure that was meant in an entirely positive fashion.
Monday night saw Jules and I at Glen Street Theatre watching Tess perform in Wonkalicious. The dance group did very well although watching 19 dance troupes of 7 to 12 year olds shake their tail feathers prompted Jules to suggest that Tess might like to give up dance next year. In the car on the way home Tess begged me to let her try out for the dance group again next year. I think we might have a few more performances to attend yet!
It has rained torrentially all weekend but we've had an excellent time holed up with John and Leanne at our house. We barely saw the kids which left us with lots of much needed time to catch up.
